In today’s market, investors can typically receive annual returns of 8% when participating in loans with SFG. So as long as the borrower makes their monthly interest payments in a timely manner, investors will receive their interest check each month like clockwork. In the event the borrower defaults on a loan and is foreclosed upon, SFG always splits the equity and/or foreclosure sales proceeds with their investors on a pro-rata/pari-passu basis.
